Job summary

Office Angels is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Administrator to join their team in Dartford. The role focuses on managing online sales processes, order accuracy and customer service to drive e‑commerce growth.

It is office-based with standard hours and a salary of £28,000–£30,000 per year. Key responsibilities include order processing, product listing management, inventory control and sales support activities alongside the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, sales support or customer service.
• Familiar with Sage Accounts and CRM systems; training available.
• Desirable: Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation, able to juggle tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, including verification, payment and shipment coordination.
• Create and maintain product listings; coordinate with vendors for data and inventory.
• Maintain precise inventory records and coordinate transfers/returns.
• Support the E‑Commerce and Marketing teams with leads, reports and data analysis.
