Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales process from enquiry through to dispatch, while building strong customer relationships.

The role spans e-commerce, logistics coordination and marketing support, with a focus on accurate order processing and timely fulfilment. You will engage across channels, attend exhibitions, and contribute to pricing, catalogues and sample management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, sales support, or sales administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • A proactive and commercially focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicating with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer sales enquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Process and manage customer orders across multiple sales channels, including website, email, telephone, wholesale platforms, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate order amendments, back orders, dispatch updates, and customer communications.
  • Prepare order confirmations, proforma invoices, and follow up outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate customer, product, stock, and order records using internal systems.
  • Monitor stock availability and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Coordinate the transfer of orders to warehouse and fulfilment teams, ensuring invoicing accuracy.
  • Follow up website enquiries and sales leads, identifying opportunities to generate repeat business.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, promote products, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Produce regular sales reports and support pricing, catalogue, and sample management activities.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and ensure online product information remains accurate and up to date.

About the Role
