Job summary

Michael Page Marketing is recruiting an Ecommerce Manager for a leading retail brand in Manchester. You will own ecommerce performance, drive international expansion, localisation and CRO initiatives to grow UK and international markets.

You will bridge Marketing and Data, using customer insight and analytics to optimise on-site merchandising, pricing and promotions, with a salary of £45,000 to £70,000 plus a bonus. Hybrid working options may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ecommerce activity and online trading priorities.
• Strong understanding of website performance and conversion.
• Ability to review customer journeys and identify improvements.
• Experience maintaining online product content, pricing and promotional activity.
• Be based within a commutable distance to Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce storefront performance using data to improve conversion and revenue.
• Lead localisation across international markets for relevant regions.
• Manage on-site merchandising, product visibility and category performance.
• Bridge Marketing and Data teams to improve acquisition and retention and lifetime value.
• Use analytics to identify trading opportunities and inform decisions.
• Plan, execute and evaluate CRO and customer journey optimisation initiatives.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve ecommerce processes and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver ecommerce improvements.
