Dobson Welch Recruitment Specialists in Manchester City Centre is seeking an Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive to join a growing fashion business.

You will own day-to-day management of ecommerce websites and marketplace accounts, ensure accurate product launches, monitor performance, and maintain customer channels. This role offers hybrid working with exposure to international ecommerce operations and clear career development.

Qualifications

• Must have recent ecommerce, marketplace or digital trading experience in fashion.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Exposure to Amazon, Etsy or similar marketplaces.
• Interest in ecommerce and consumer products.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with external partners.
• Commutable to Manchester and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

With continued expansion across ecommerce and marketplace channels, they are looking to appoint an experienced Ecommerce amp; Marketplace Executive to join their team.

The Role

Reporting into the ecommerce leadership team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of the companies ecommerce websites and marketplace accounts, ensuring products are launched accurately, trading performance is monitored effectively, and customer-facing channels are maintained to the highest standard.

The role offers a broad mix of ecommerce operations, marketplace management, product data administration, reporting, and commercial analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of digital retail.

• Must have recent experience within an ecommerce, marketplace or digital trading role in the fashion arena .
• Recent experience working with Shopify.
• Exposure to online marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy or similar platforms.
• A genuine interest in ecommerce, digital retail and consumer products.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
