At Candle Shack, we fuel the art of candle-making craft through high quality B2B supplies to small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs. Powered by an e-commerce platform, we deliver across Europe and the UK with offices in Scotland and the Netherlands.

Established in 2010 as a family-owned business, we've grown from those roots to become a trusted, venture-backed leader in the industry. We supply a wide range of candle-making materials, including trademarked wax and proprietary, premium fragrance oils, designed to meet the exacting standards of our professional clients.

With an ambitious growth trajectory, we aim to become the region’s leading supplier of candle-making materials by 2030. As a fast-paced, growth-oriented business, our e-commerce platform is at the heart of our operations, supported by a dynamic marketing engine that drives both online and offline sales channels.

We're looking for adata-driven e-commerce expertto take ownership of our Shopify-based stores and unlock the next stage of our growth.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who thrives onturning data into action— from improving email flows in Klaviyo, to optimising merchandising, to analysing performance across paid channels and product categories.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead ecommerce performance acrossShopify Markets(UK + EU stores)
  • Manage product listings, navigation, promotions, and bundling strategies
  • OwnKlaviyocampaigns and flows — build, test, optimise
  • Analyse data acrossemail, paid ads, and on-site performance
  • Identify growth opportunities and test them fast
  • Collaborate with our content-led marketing team and paid social lead
  • Ensure our site performs — technically and commercially

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in ecommerce, includingmultimarket experience
  • Strong trading mindset — confident inmerchandising, pricing, and planning
  • Proficient inShopify,Klaviyo, andGA4 / Shopify Analytics
  • Analytical and outcome-focused — you make data useful
  • Comfortable working in alean, creative, fast-pacedenvironment
  • Bonus: Familiarity with A/B testing tools, ERP/inventory planning, or paid media strategy
