We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, data-driven, and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge D2C growth across the UK & EU.

If you're an expert in Paid Social and e-commerce strategy, this is your chance to make a major impact on an iconic basketball lifestyle brand.

What You’ll Do:
  • Website Management: Oversee e-commerce site development with 3rd-party developers; optimize navigation, collections, UX, and product launches; align online product drops with inventory & marketing priorities.
  • Digital Marketing & Paid Social: Plan, launch, and optimize Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest); run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies; monitor metrics, deliver insights, and manage budgets; collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure ad impact; deliver clear performance reports & sales forecasts; manage marketing calendar and online trading budget; track trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams; ensure site readiness ahead of key launches and promos.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (sportswear or footwear preferred).
  • Proven success in Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest.
  • Deep experience with Shopify/Shopify+.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite.
