Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Customer Service Executive / E-Commerce Assistant to join an office-based team in Bidford-on-Avon. You will manage online orders, support the E-Commerce Team Leader, and help grow the company’s digital sales channels.

This role suits a recent graduate or someone starting out in e-commerce, offering full training, a friendly team, and growth opportunities in order processing, data entry, and customer support.

Qualifications

• Process online orders and input them into internal systems.
• Track orders from entry through dispatch and courier pick-up, resolving issues.
• Maintain and update large data sets using Excel.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Administer documents such as invoices and certificates of analysis.
