Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support our growing e-commerce and industrial supplies operation. You will manage online orders, keep customers informed, and ensure smooth day-to-day processing in a collaborative team environment.

The role involves coordinating with couriers, handling inquiries by phone and email, and maintaining documentation in Excel and internal systems. Office-based in Bidford-on-Avon with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or another customer-facing role.
• Interest in online selling or e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or eBay.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received through our online sales channels.
• Monitor orders through to dispatch and coordinate with couriers to resolve delivery queries.
• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Update and maintain information using Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare and manage documentation, including invoices and certificates of analysis.
