Are you passionate about fashion E-Commerce?

Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to support the Online Trading team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and innovative merchandising strategies across UK and International websites.

Contract:

Temporary to Permanent

Your Role:

In this position, you will be key in ensuring smooth product launches and managing various online trading aspects. Your responsibilities include:

1. Product Management: Ensure all products are live and information aligns with our launch checklist.
2. Launch Ownership: Oversee the entire product launch process for seamless execution.
3. Visual Merchandising: Optimise product pages for visibility and sales based on analytics and stock levels.
4. Categorisation Audits: Collaborate with the online coordinator for thorough audits.
5. E-commerce Tracker: Manage requests and resolve queries promptly.
6. Daily Site Walks: Regularly check the site to ensure accurate product attributes and content.
7. Content Creation: Update categories, headers, SEO URLs, breadcrumbs, and metadata in the CMS.
8. Market Trends: Conduct weekly competitor analyses to stay ahead of trends.
9. Proactive Improvement: Share ideas and suggestions in team meetings and discovery sessions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant education or experience in business, retail, analytics, or marketing.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel with willingness to learn new skills.
