THE ROLE

We seek a passionate individual with an interest in sales, e-commerce, and beauty to join our evolving team. The successful candidate will support our Professional and Retail Brands within one of the UK’s leading hair and nail businesses, with potential to develop into sales or marketing roles in the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General
  • Support the e-Commerce team in daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc requests to support the team.
  • Contribute to achieving company growth targets for e-Commerce customers quarterly and annually.
  • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance against KPIs.
  • Recommend strategic and tactical changes to enhance online sales performance.
Customer Support
  • Assist account managers with co-marketing and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to deliver launch assets and content.
  • Create new line forms for product launches across retailers.
  • Liaise with Amazon advertising agency for campaign planning.
Online
  • Ensure consistent, high-standard imagery and content across retailer websites using the CARS framework.
  • Lead new product launch execution, including asset creation and store updates.
  • Participate in our Diversity and Inclusion task force to drive related initiatives.
  • Contribute to our Engagement task force by organizing monthly activities.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a numerical aptitude.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent relationship-building and teamwork skills.
  • High numeracy, marketing insight, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a plus but not required.
  • Passion for brands; Photoshop skills are advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and resilient under challenges.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player.
  • Organized, reliable, and committed to high-quality execution.
