This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our collaborative, passionate e-commerce team at Missoma. We are looking for an e-commerce assistant who is creative and hardworking with a great eye for detail. Shopify and copywriting experience would be ideal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the E-Commerce Executive with product enrichment and creating collections in Shopify across our Global and US stores.
• Ensure products are merchandised as per the VM strategy as well as being visible in all relevant collections, filters, categories and search results.
• Support with weekly trade reporting from a product perspective utilising tools like GA4 and Content Square.
• Support the E-Commerce Executive with briefing in all new content.
• Build and populate new content pages including homepage content, collection banners and feature pages.
• SEO optimised copywriting across product pages, collection pages and blogs.
• Conduct regular site walk-throughs to highlight user journey painpoints, checking images, copy, checkout process, site messaging, pricing.
• Create and test promotion codes to share with the wider Marketing teams.
• Support the E-Commerce Team with launching promotions and sales.
• Carrying out SEO research and keyword analysis.
• Conduct competitor analysis of brand adjacencies and inspirational brands to regularly monitor content and trends across the market.
• Cross departmental collaboration to ensure the site is fully optimised.

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

• 1+ years working as an E-Commerce Assistant or within a similar role.
• Previous experience working within Shopify (ideal but not essential).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to use Google Analytics or a similar data tool.
• Creative eye when it comes to photography, styling and design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a solutions-focused attitude.
• Highly organised and efficient with meticulous attention to detail.
• A keen understanding and interest in user experience.
