Ecommerce Assistant – Entry Level Opportunity
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Salary: Up to £26,500
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time (office-based)

This is a brilliant opportunity for a college leaver, recent A-level graduate or someone looking for their first step into a vibrant eCommerce environment. Based in Bracknell, you’ll be joining a successful, friendly, and fast-paced team – working across everything from photography to product listings and customer support.

Our client, a leader in their sector, is looking for someone with passion, attention to detail, and a real appetite to learn. You’ll receive full training and be supported every step of the way as you grow your career in a dynamic, commercial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for ecommerce customers via LiveChat, phone, and email
• Assist in creating engaging email campaigns
• Update customer records and assist with orders, returns, and refunds
• Manage photography and product image uploads to the website
• Support content creation and accurate pricing/product listings
• Write product specifications and ensure descriptions are up to date
• Provide administrative support across the ecommerce department

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone organised, proactive, and keen to learn
• Good IT skills (e.g. Excel, Outlook, database use)
• A confident communicator with great written and verbal skills
• A flair for photography or a creative eye would be a real bonus!
• Excellent attention to detail – this role needs someone who can spot a missing decimal or typo
• Interest in retail, tech, or eCommerce preferred
