Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support the management of omnes.com and other online platforms. The role involves ensuring accurate and engaging product listings, assisting with digital marketing initiatives, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Website & Platform Management:
  • Manage product uploads, ensure listings are accurate, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized.
  • Support website and platform maintenance and performance.
  • Coordinate updates to site content, navigation, and landing pages to align with marketing and trading goals.
  • (Experience with Shopify is advantageous.)
  • Digital Marketing Support:
    • Brief, build, and send email and SMS campaigns to support marketing calendars.
    • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and applying learnings.
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Resolve issues and escalate where necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Administrative & Reporting Support:
    • Assist with daily e-commerce operations such as stock checks, product launches, and promotions.
    • Generate reports to track performance metrics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work with buying, design, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless launches and campaigns.
    • Coordinate assets and information to maintain consistency across channels.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in e-commerce or online retail preferred.
    • Familiarity with Shopify and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is advantageous.
    • Collaborative attitude, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
