• Dual-Engine Merchant Acquisition: recruit and onboard merchants across EU and new markets.
• Multi-Market GMV Driving & Campaign Synergy: own GMV targets across 5 countries and align merchants with campaigns.
• Merchant Lifecycle Management & Incubation: develop growth tracks, provide data-driven guidance, and improve activation, conversion and retention.
