Job summary

TikTok in London is seeking a strategic planning and operations professional to drive cross-functional initiatives across Category, Partnerships, Strategy, Governance & Experience and Data Science. You will improve merchant efficiency, governance and platform performance through analytical insights.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to optimise merchant onboarding, listing, fulfilment and after-sales processes, shaping the European merchant ecosystem and long-term GMV growth.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Strategic Analysis, E-commerce Operations, Project Management, or Platform Governance.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with understanding of e-commerce platform ecosystems.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and modelling, with the ability to extract, clean, and analyse data.
• Fluent in English as the working language.

Responsibilities

• Improve Merchant Operating Efficiency by mapping the end-to-end merchant journey and identifying bottlenecks.
• Elevate Merchant Experience using data-driven approaches to monitor satisfaction and sentiment.
• Cross-functional Governance & Integration by coordinating with Compliance, Governance, Logistics, and Category Management.
• Strategic Project Management for key accounts or high-risk merchant segments.
• Insights & Knowledge Institutionalisation via root-cause analysis to build best practices.
• Merchant Experience Governance and running monthly/quarterly business reviews.
