Job summary

TikTok Shop is hiring a Customer Solution Manager (Third Party Associate) to drive onboarding of strategic e-commerce merchants and act as a trusted technical advisor for integrations with Shopify, APIs, and 3rd party apps. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with preferably 3+ years of experience in product operations, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Management, or similar roles supporting large enterprise clients; experience with Shopify and API integrations is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required, with ability to communicate with local stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and architecture, with expert-level knowledge of system integrations, integration patterns, best practices, and common technology stacks.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple integration workstreams in parallel, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver against timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to translate technical concepts into business terms and map business requirements to technical solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account management and internal stakeholders for onboarding strategic merchants.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor to merchants guiding discovery, design and implementation for 1st Party Apps, 3rd Party Apps and API integrations.
• Provide expert advice based on industry best practices and integration knowledge to support end-to-end integrations with target platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Netsuite, etc.).
• Align merchants, technology partners, and system integrators to implement successful integrations at macro and micro design phases.
• Collaborate with merchants, internal technical support and engineering teams for issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Capture learnings and market feedback to guide product roadmap and scale best practices.
