Job summary

TikTok UK is seeking a motivated project intern for the UK E-commerce Merchant Acquisition and Incubation team. You will work on campaigns, ShopTab operations, and product supply strategy while gaining real-world, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree with working proficiency in English.
• Available for a 4-6 month internship, at least four days per week.
• Strong data analysis and data-mining skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables & functions); SQL skills preferred.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, ShopTab operations, and product strategy, with structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; detail-oriented and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Operations: support planning, execution, and optimization of ShopTab campaigns; document methodologies and cross-functional workflows.
• ShopTab Channel Operations: assist in planning and daily operations, develop guidelines, optimize product assortment, monitor metrics.
• Product Supply Strategy Support: analyze market trends, assess assortment, provide data-driven insights for strategy.
