Job summary

VanRath is seeking an E-Billing Analyst to support billing operations across the global network on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on maintaining eBilling platforms, onboarding clients and vendors, and ensuring timely electronic invoicing.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of eBilling experience, strong Excel data skills, and a collaborative approach to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' eBilling or financial billing experience.
• Experience supporting eBilling implementation, client onboarding, and vendor setup.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer eBilling platforms with accurate client, project, and vendor data.
• Onboard new eBilling clients and vendors, including testing and data validation.
• Review electronic invoices, monitor statuses, and resolve payment issues.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor billing performance.
• Assist with troubleshooting platform issues and process improvements.
