Giacom is seeking a proactive Billing Administrator in Nelson to join the Revenue Assurance & Billing team. The fixed-term 12-month contract supports accurate, timely monthly billing for telecoms and IT services.

No prior billing experience is required; the role emphasizes attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, with Excel familiarity and problem-solving skills encouraged.
