Schroders is seeking a Billings Operations Analyst for a 12-month contractor role in London. The team focuses on revenue administration, invoicing accuracy, and process automation within Wealth Management Finance. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve controls and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation required.
• Experience in operational finance, billing or revenue administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power Query, Power BI and automation tools.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management/Financial Services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue administration activities accurately and on time.
• Respond to queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Support quarterly management fee invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Post revenue accruals and provide performance analysis to Management Reporting.
• Maintain logs and management information for transparency of workflow and team performance.
• Identify root causes and drive continuous improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Group Finance and the Service Centre.
