Job summary

Peppermint CRM is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer / Technical Specialist to own the technical design, development and support of the Peppermint Dynamics CRM platform, collaborating with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver robust CRM solutions.

You'll become the go-to technical contact for the platform, working to shape its technical roadmap and ensure best practices. The role is fully remote with occasional on-site meetings for critical reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Comfort with Agile environments and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the technical design, development and support of the Peppermint Dynamics CRM platform.
• Design, build and test workflows, screens and CRM functionality.
• Review existing customisations and identify areas requiring redevelopment or improvement.
• Help reduce technical debt and ensure the platform follows Microsoft Dynamics and Peppermint best practices.
• Work closely with internal CMS specialists to ensure CRM integrates effectively with the firm's wider systems.
• Translate business requirements into practical, maintainable technical solutions.
• Support DevOps, change and release management across different environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and technical design reviews.
• Provide 3rd line technical support for complex CRM issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, maintainability and the overall user experience.
• Keep technical documentation up to date using tools such as DevOps and ServiceNow.
