Job summary

Ampa, one of the UK’s leading professional services organisations, is looking for an exceptional CRM/Peppermint Developer to join the team on an initial 12-month FTC.

The role will assess the Peppermint Dynamics CRM platform, lead redesigns and rebuilds, and relaunch the CRM capability across the business in a modern, maintainable environment. You will work within Agile teams to deliver robust solutions and align CRM with CMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of developer experience delivering CRM solutions.
• Strong Dynamics 365 and Peppermint CRM development experience.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics data models and platform architecture.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs and integrations.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience refactoring legacy CRM solutions and reducing technical debt.
• Experience delivering CRM migration and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support Peppermint Dynamics CRM platform within agile teams.
• Lead redevelopment of CRM capabilities into a new environment and refactor bespoke functionality.
• Coordinate data migration, ensure data quality and business continuity.
• Collaborate with CMS specialists to align CRM with the Unified Case Management platform.
• Provide expert 3rd line support and drive platform optimisation and debt reduction.
• Produce technical design and solution artefacts and participate in code reviews.
