Job summary

Spot. is seeking a Freelance CRM Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role involves auditing the current CRM systems and providing technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with leadership to define requirements and design a scalable architecture.

The ideal candidate will have strong CRM development skills, experience with systems architecture, and be comfortable in both technical and strategic discussions. This is a remote contract with some in-person sessions in London.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in CRM development and backend configuration.
• Proven systems architecture and integration expertise.
• Confidence in reviewing existing codebases and technical dependencies.
• Experience leading technical discovery and solution design.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho CRM.
• Experience with data migration and relational data structures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured plans.
• Experience with senior stakeholders in scaling organisations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a full audit of the current CRM and systems landscape.
• Identify inefficiencies and technical blockers in the CRM.
• Work with leadership to define requirements and technical roadmap.
• Advise on optimal CRM platforms and solutions.
• Design scalable CRM architecture and workflows.
• Support data migration and enhance MI visibility.
• Create robust API integrations with third-party systems.
