Qualifications

• Strong experience in CRM development, backend configuration and customisation.
• Proven systems architecture and integration expertise, including APIs and webhooks.
• Confidence reviewing existing codebases and technical dependencies.
• Hands on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho CRM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical delivery plans.
