Job summary

Softwerx is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Developer to own the setup, optimisation and daily management of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. This role supports sales, marketing and service delivery through automation, customisation and dashboards.

The post reports to the CTO with accountability to the CMO and CRO; you will be the internal SME for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, ensuring GDPR compliance, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service).
• Strong Power Automate and dashboards/reporting skills.
• Knowledge of CRM data structures and data hygiene.
• Experience supporting sales and marketing in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Dynamics 365 configuration, administration and ongoing optimisation.
• Manage users, security roles and permissions.
• Oversee customisations and solutions within Dynamics 365.
• Support marketing campaigns and Journeys where required.
• Lead data cleansing, deduplication and enrichment initiatives.
