Job summary

Ampa Group, one of the UK's leading professional services organisations, is seeking a CRM/Peppermint Developer to join the team on an initial 12-month FTC.

As part of the Applications & Development team, you will assess the Peppermint Dynamics CRM platform, redesign components, and lead data migration and redevelopment where necessary. The role requires agile collaboration with CMS and business stakeholders across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years demonstrable track record as a Developer.
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Peppermint CRM development experience.
• Understanding of Dynamics data models, entity relationships and platform architecture.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs and integration technologies.
• Experience delivering CRM migration and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to contact for technical design, development and support of Peppermint Dynamics CRM.
• Design, develop and refactor Peppermint CRM and Microsoft Dynamics solutions with scalable architecture.
• Lead data migration to the new environment and ensure data quality and continuity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and Architects to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Support DevOps, release management and conduct code and design reviews.
