Job summary

Cura Terrae is seeking a Business Applications Lead to own and evolve our core business systems. You will manage Dynamics 365 BC and Microsoft 365, while expanding Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.

You’ll work with colleagues and partners to improve processes, shape the tech roadmap, and drive adoption of digital solutions across finance, operations and supply chain. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions, oversee application enhancements, and mentor

Qualifications

• In-depth experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on development or enhancement of Power Apps and Power BI.
• Understanding of business processes in finance, operations or supply chain.
• Analytical, proactive and customer-focused with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary owner and SME for Dynamics 365 BC and 365 apps including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive.
• Lead daily support, administration and maintenance of business applications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with vendors as needed.
• Plan, configure, test and coordinate system updates and enhancements.
• Drive Power Platform enhancements to improve processes and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prioritize enhancement requests and contribute to the roadmap.
• Promote best practices, guide users and promote adoption of new features.
• Identify automation opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Build strong relationships with users, project teams and partners.
