Job summary

Cura Terrae is seeking a Business Applications Lead to own and evolve our core business systems. You will manage Dynamics 365 BC and Microsoft 365, while expanding Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.

You’ll work with colleagues and partners to improve processes, shape the tech roadmap, and drive adoption of digital solutions across finance, operations and supply chain. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions, oversee application enhancements, and mentor

Qualifications

• In-depth experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on development or enhancement of Power Apps and Power BI.
• Understanding of business processes in finance, operations or supply chain.
• Analytical, proactive and customer-focused with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary owner and SME for Dynamics 365 BC and 365 apps including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive.
• Lead daily support, administration and maintenance of business applications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with vendors as needed.
• Plan, configure, test and coordinate system updates and enhancements.
• Drive Power Platform enhancements to improve processes and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prioritize enhancement requests and contribute to the roadmap.
• Promote best practices, guide users and promote adoption of new features.
• Identify automation opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Build strong relationships with users, project teams and partners.

In this role,you'll:

• Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint,Outlookand OneDrive.

• Manage and prioritise application enhancement requests, contributing to the development of the business applications roadmap.
• Promote best practice, provide user guidance and training, and encourage the adoption of new features and ways of working.
• Identifyopportunities for automation, processimprovementand greater operational efficiency across the organisation.
• Build effective relationships with business users, projectteamsand technology partners to ensure applications continue to meet organisational needs.

Whatwe'relooking for

You’llhave hands-on experience supporting and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally across multiple functional areas beyond Finance, and be confident administering Microsoft 365 applications.

We'relooking for someone who has:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint,Outlookand OneDrive.
• Practical experience developing or enhancing Power Apps and Power BI solutions, with exposure to Power Automate.
• A good understanding of business processes within finance, operations, supplychainor similar business functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Strong communicationskills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple initiatives and take ownership of business-critical applications.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, such as Field Service.
• Knowledge of SQL,reportingor data querying tools.
• Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, professionalservicesor other multi-site organisations.
• Microsoft certifications relating to Dynamics 365, Microsoft365or the Power Platform.
