LHC Procurement Group is seeking a forward-thinking Business Applications Manager to lead the development, optimisation and continuous improvement of our business applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will drive the Dynamics 365 roadmap and ensure GDPR and data governance compliance across the organisation.

You'll build trusted relationships, translate business priorities into practical system improvements and oversee enhancements, delivering better experiences for colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions or equivalent MS Dynamics components.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience gathering and acting on customer and user feedback to improve systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing management, support and continuous improvement of business applications.
• Oversee design, development and delivery of enhancements and new functionality.
