Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in a complex organisation.
• Strong technical and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Azure, PowerShell, DevOps, and cloud technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead and subject-matter expert for Dynamics 365 and PowerApps.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions.
• Provide third-line support, system administration, and release management.
• Lead delivery within projects and manage external suppliers.
• Ensure appropriate security, licensing, documentation, and governance.
