Job summary

Experis seeks a Business Applications Lead to own and improve the Business Central Dynamics 365 platform for the UK group. You will manage upgrades, enhancements and BAU support, while guiding Power Apps and Power BI enhancements and coordinating with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Based in Sheffield with hybrid work (2–3 days in office), the role requires strong BC expertise, stakeholder engagement and proactive supplier management to maximise application value.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central in end-user environments.
• Post-implementation support, stabilisation and continuous improvement experience.
• Knowledge of business processes in finance, operations or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, upgrades and enhancements of the Business Central Dynamics platform.
• Investigate and strengthen the Business Central & Dynamics landscape.
• Provide 1st-3rd line support and drive issue resolution for Dynamics 365 BC.
