Job summary

Precise Placements is recruiting a D365 Engineer to shape Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform across client projects and internal systems. You will act as technical authority, defining architecture, governance, and end-to-end platform ownership.

Collaborating with development teams and external partners, you will deliver secure, scalable solutions focused on Customer Service/CRM and Power Platform tooling, including Dataverse.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service/CRM).
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Understanding of architecture, integrations, security models, and ALM.
• Experience guiding developers and translating Microsoft roadmap into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Own Dynamics 365 platform architecture and governance.
• Support and guide developers; review designs and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and partners; manage third‑party engagements.
• Bridge technical and business stakeholders; support release readiness.
