Job summary

365 Talent Portal is seeking a Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer to design, build, and implement CRM solutions that meet business needs. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, IT and other developers to deliver CRM projects using Power Platform, BPFs, and custom entities.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, data migrations, API integrations, and developing with C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions.
• Proficient across Sales/Customer Insights, BPFs, plugins, workflows, cloud flows and modelling custom entities.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with third-party API services and performing data migrations.
• Strong knowledge of C#, TypeScript, JavaScript and SQL; Azure knowledge preferred.
• Experience translating reporting requirements into Power BI reports; Power Platform certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions and leverage Power Platform capabilities to meet business needs.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal and external systems.
• Support UAT and deploy solutions via repeatable CI/CD processes.
• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for existing CRM solutions.
• Health check Dynamics environments and gather analytics.
• Document designs, test plans, and user guides; work with analysts and managers to gather requirements.
