Job summary

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant role focused on delivering CRM solutions using the Power Platform. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring Dynamics 365, building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and supporting clients through implementation in a Microsoft Partner environment.

Remote-based with UK travel for workshops and meetings. 2+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Understanding of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 configuration.
Experience gathering requirements from clients or stakeholders.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
Configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet client requirements.
Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
Assist with testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
Deliver user demonstrations and end-user training.
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver projects.
Produce project documentation and maintain solution quality.
Stay up to date with new Microsoft features and best practices.
