Job summary

Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to own end-to-end enterprise solutions. You will lead architecture, design and delivery across D365 and Power Platform, coordinating with senior stakeholders to drive scalable, secure outcomes.

You will mentor teams, shape pre-sales activities and translate business needs into robust technical solutions within Azure-based environments and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Dynamics 365 Architect, Lead Developer, or Senior Technical Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service).
• Proven delivery of Power Pages (Portals) solutions and Power Platform design.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure services, APIs, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Design and oversee integrations between D365, third-party apps, Azure, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and aligned to business objectives.
• Review designs, code quality, and development standards.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations and technical workshops.
• Mentor and develop technical teams to foster excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust solutions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or Senior Technical Consultant.
• Strong technical expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with a particular focus on: Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Proven experience designing and delivering Power Pages (Portals) solutions, including external-facing customer, partner, or citizen services.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using Azure services, APIs, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
