Job summary

Sporting Equals is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure solutions. You will work within the Digital Transformation team to shape the CRM strategy and deliver practical digital solutions that support core business processes across the organisation.

You will configure and optimise the Dynamics 365 environment, develop Power Apps and automated workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 in complex organisations.
• Designing, building and supporting Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Strong business process analysis and solution design skills.
• Experience with Azure services including Logic Apps, DevOps and Blob Storage.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, QA and release management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven track record in supporting business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise our Dynamics 365 environment.
• Configure, customise and enhance D365 solutions.
• Design and develop Power Apps and automated workflows.
• Translate business requirements into digital solutions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers and integration partners.
• Provide user training, guidance and continuous improvement.
