APP Wholesale Ltd is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support ERP adoption and system improvements, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role bridges business users, ERP and IT teams to ensure effective system usage and documentation.

The successful candidate will coordinate testing, deliver training, and maintain documentation. Experience in wholesale or distribution sectors and strong stakeholder skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and processes.
Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
Experience supporting testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Knowledge of integrations between ERP and other systems.
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

Support development, optimisation and adoption of business systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Coordinate testing and support User Acceptance Testing activities.
Deliver training and maintain user documentation.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and translate requirements into practical system changes.
Collaborate with ERP, IT and third-party partners to ensure systems are documented and tested.
