Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support ERP activities and drive adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within a UK wholesale and distribution environment.

You will act as the link between business users, the ERP team, IT and third‑party technology partners to ensure changes are documented, tested and users gain confidence in new processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP or business-management systems.
• Experience supporting business users in a commercial organisation.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to users across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business applications.
• Investigate system queries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external partners.
• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Review current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and user experience.
• Translate business needs into clear and practical requirements for system changes.
• Previous experience working with ERP or business-management systems.
• Experience supporting business users within a commercial organisation.

Business Systems Analyst – ERP Support & Adoption

The Company

An established UK wholesale and distribution business is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join its internal technology function. The organisation is continuing to grow and invest in its business systems, with a particular focus on improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, strengthening internal processes and helping users get greater value from technology.

The Role

This is a varied position combining ERP support, business analysis, user engagement, testing, documentation, training and continuous improvement. You will act as the link between business users, the ERP team, IT and third-party technology partners. Your role will be to ensure systems are supported effectively, changes are properly documented and tested, and users have the knowledge and confidence to adopt new processes.
