Job summary

APP Wholesale Ltd is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - ERP Support & Adoption to drive the development, optimisation and adoption of our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The role is based in Waterlooville with flexibility to work from our Dagenham or Erith sites as required, collaborating with the ERP & Business Systems Manager to translate business needs into practical system improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience supporting business users within a commercial environment.
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, optimisation and adoption of ERP systems.
• Bridge business users, ERP team, IT and third-party partners to ensure systems are supported, documented, tested and adopted effectively.
• Support users, coordinate testing, deliver training, maintain documentation and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Work with the ERP & Business Systems Manager to turn requirements into practical system improvements.
• This role suits someone who enjoys business analysis, user engagement, systems support, process improvement and change coordination.
