Arvato in Wellingborough is seeking an Operations Supervisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead our warehouse operation and deliver daily targets with safety and quality at the forefront.

You'll coach and develop a high-performing team, drive KPI performance, and collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements. The role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and can maintain high standards under pressure.

Salary:£35,090.16 per annum 1345-22.15 Monday to Friday

We’re looking for an experienced and motivatedOperations Supervisorto join us on a12-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in leading our warehouse operation and ensuring exceptional service for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to safely deliver daily operational targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be an enthusiastic people leader with experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations. You’ll also bring:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution leadership role.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using warehouse management systems, SAP knowledge is very desirable.
• Knowledge of leading teams on MHE-VNA is desirable
