Job summary

Yusen Logistics is recruiting a Transport Clerk for our Northampton site. The role involves scanning and archiving operational paperwork, processing delivery documents, and coordinating with third‑party contractors to ensure timely documentation.

You will support KPI reporting while maintaining accurate records and strong communication with operators and customers. The successful candidate will have data entry and document scanning experience, excellent organisational and customer service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisation and ability to perform data entry.
• Experience of data entry and scanning documents.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a real desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Scan and archive operational paperwork received upon debrief in accordance with procedure.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is processed and managed in line with company procedures.
• Liaise with third‑party contractors to obtain required documentation.
• Communicate any non‑conformance issues to the relevant parties.
• Assist with KPIs and performance reporting.
