Job summary

Euroclad is looking for a Transport Customer Services Administrator in Cardiff to join the Customer Experience team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role supports Transport Planning and external hauliers to keep deliveries running smoothly, with a focus on accurate information and proactive problem solving.

The successful candidate will coordinate deliveries, respond to inquiries, and maintain systems while working Monday to Friday in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport or logistics administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily customer delivery confirmations and 48-hour pre-delivery checks.
• Respond to customer transport inquiries by phone and email.
• Coordinate ETAs and POD with orders.
• Liaise with external hauliers daily regarding deliveries and changes.
• Arrange redeliveries when orders are turned away.
• Maintain accurate delivery information across internal systems.
• Provide wider admin support to Transport and Customer Experience teams when required.
