Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
• Strong leadership and teamwork in a busy kitchen.
• Commitment to high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence and keep service smooth and on spec from prep through to final plate.
• Support the Head Chef and act in their absence.
• Maintain high standards on the pass for quality, pace, cleanliness and safety.
• Manage prep, par, stock control, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver great food each shift.
