Loungers’ Dorado Lounge in Warrington is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team, support the Head Chef and deliver dishes that meet high standards. You’ll work a 48-hour contract (40-hour option available) with overtime pay and a clear pathway to progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Lead kitchen shifts and maintain service standards from prep to plate.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth service and on-spec dishes.
• Be Head Chef’s right hand, supporting daily operations and stepping in as needed.
• Set tone for high standards on the pass and ensure food quality and safety.
• Own key routines: prep, par, stock control, waste, orders, and shift handovers.
• Coach and support the team to build confidence and deliver great food.
