Job summary

First Military Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Service Administrator in Milton Keynes. The role supports the Services Team with material handling machinery and coordination with field engineers.

You will handle calls, assist customers, process orders and bookings, and maintain documentation for training and service reports. The position requires strong communication, administration and IT skills, with experience in ERP/CRM systems such as Protean or Sage.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
• Customer focused with administration and organisation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems such as Protean.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephones and directing calls
• Helping customers with their queries
• Dealing with customers that may visit
• Unpacking of parts and booking delivery notes in
• Liaise with customers to find out their requirements
• Create training packs for the driver trainer
• Process and invoice the completed training and produce certificates
• Generate and handle new bookings
• Maintain communication with customers via telephone and email
