Job summary

Farnborough Audi is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site for a maternity cover.

You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty, upsell parts, and coordinate with the Aftersales department to manage appointments and customer communications.

The role requires excellent communication, energy, a customer‑focused approach, and the ability to work both in a team and independently; Kerridge/ADP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Energy and a warm personality with a customer-first approach.
• Automotive service advisor experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments and manage workload.
• Managing high volumes of customers daily, calls and online queries.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining records.
• Keeping systems updated with booking details.
