Job summary

Lookers Farnborough Audi is recruiting a Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales team on a temporary maternity cover basis. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranties, and upsell parts while coordinating with the Aftersales department to schedule work.

A proactive, customer-focused communicator will thrive here. We offer in-house brand training and opportunities for progression within a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Experience in automotive aftersales or similar role is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and develop within brand training programs.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts / accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes.
• Managing a high-volume of customers daily, calls and online bookings.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and workshop status.
• Maintaining accurate customer records in systems.
