• Experience as a Service Advisor
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repairs for customers
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts and accessories
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload
• Handle high volume of customer calls and online booking queries
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain clear communication while vehicles are in the workshop
• Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems
