Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy dealership network across the UK. You will manage customer communications, identify service needs, and liaise with the workshop to provide accurate completion times, while delivering exceptional after-sales care.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of service advisory experience, familiarity with RTC and Kerridge/ADP systems is a plus, and you will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and ability to exceed expectations.
• Minimum 1 year of service advisor experience.
• Experience with RTC & Kerridge/ADP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Able to work independently and as part of a proactive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications and interactions on behalf of the dealership.
• Identify service needs and agree on work required and time frames.
• Liaise with the workshop to determine completion times and relay information.
• Update the customer regularly on progress and handle inquiries.
• Process payments and issue invoices for customers.
• Support handling complaints in line with company policy.
• Ensure handover and administration of customer vehicles are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain a professional manner and resolve customer issues efficiently.
