Job summary

VANRATH is seeking a Service Advisor for a busy Belfast dealership. You will handle face-to-face and telephone customer interactions, ensuring top-class Aftersales service and strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The role emphasises teamwork, a proactive client approach, and the promotion of EVHCs and Service Plans, with opportunities to contribute to social media initiatives and brand growth. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a franchised car dealership.
• Experience with One-Link, fleet operations awareness, and Motability Accreditation (desirable but not essential)
• Full, valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the customer database with proactive engagement.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Promote and support Aftersales products and services.
• Contribute to dealership social media content initiatives and presence.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
